Benny is an amazing coach because he really cares about helping you reach your goals. Even during a pandemic and when the gyms shutdown. Benny kept me motivated and gave me goals throughout Covid, and instead of gaining weight, I lost weight in 2020. I will forever be grateful for everything Benny has taught me mentally so I can win over the old me and be the best version of me.
