Personal Training

Our personal training packages are custom made to suit your individual goals by Benny. Our sessions are preceded by a 1 on 1 consultation where we will carry out an initial evaluation. This usually includes a basic fitness test, discussion about your medical history, body mass calculations and SMART goal setting using your information collected from the consultation page. From this consultation a bespoke program will be designed personally for you.


You will receive follow ups and details on your progress along with the support needed to keep you on track.


Semi – Private

This service mirrors our personal training service but gives you the freedom to include family members or friends. This service is limited to 4 people maximum.

Online Training Programs

All our programs are delivered via the app Trainerize, this is where we will stay connected, complete follow ups, check-ins and making sure you understand the program and your progress is relative to your goals.

Running Programs

Are you contemplating signing up for your first half or full marathon? Maybe you are just starting out and need help building up to a 5km or maybe you are already a seasoned runner ready for a bigger challenge like an ultra-marathon.

We have you covered with specific designed programs to get you race ready to perform and cross the finish line in style.

Youth Sports Performance

Do you have a child who plays a sport, do you want them to be exposed to the fundamentals required to excel in this sport?

We will teach them how to keep their bodies healthy and ready to perform, learning how to warm up, perform specific movements required by their sport and perform exercises correctly and safely, cool downs and cover recovery and nutrition required to give your child that much needed edge to excel.
